\PICK-UP (CURB-SIDE) SERVICE AVAILABLE!!! (Grooming, Massage, Training, Vet Clinic, & Self-Serve Pet Wash will be CLOSED)--- TO OUR VALUABLE CUSTOMERS... Due to Governor DeWine's "Stay-Home Order" for all Ohioans, beginning at 11:59 pm on Monday, March 23rd, Alpha-Dog Pet Center will be making several adjustments to our normal operations. Please read below for complete information!

RETAIL STORE

Because people need Pet Food and important Pet Supplies, our retail store is considered "essential" and will be available for telephone orders. During the "Stay-Home" Order, our inside store will NOT be open for customers to shop inside, however we WILL be offering CURB-SIDE service! We will be available by telephone during our normal. posted business hours. Simply CALL us at (440) 984-3152, or message us on FB. We can take your order, make payment arrangements (credit card via telephone), and then set your order of pet food, treats, and supplies outside of our front door, on the front porch, when you arrive! We know this may not be as convenient (or as enjoyable) as shopping inside, but keeping the door closed and offering front porch pick-up service will allow us to continue to serve you during this time, while keeping our staff and all our customers as safe, healthy, and "socially distanced" as possible! We hope you understand!

SELF-SERVE PET WASH

Sadly, our 24-hour Self-Serve Pet Wash station out front is NOT considered an "essential" part of our business, therefore the Self-Serve Pet Wash will be CLOSED for the duration of the Stay-Home Order (at least until April 6th, unless the Stay-Home Order is extended). We will be using this time to perform some deep-cleaning, sanitizing, and minor maintenance on our Pet Wash station. This will allow our wash to open and be back in operation as soon as the Stay-Home Order is lifted! We apologize for this inconvenience!

GROOMING & MASSAGE

Pet Grooming & Pet Massage Therapy is considered non-essential, therefore our Grooming & Massage Services will be CLOSED during the Stay-Home Order! We will be contacting each affected client individually, to notify them and discuss rescheduling.
VIP VET CLINICS... VIP Petcare has suspended all of their community vet clinics until further notice, due to the COVID-19 situation nationwide, so consider all posted clinic dates CANCELLED until further notice. Once things are more under control, VIP Petcare will be resuming clinics, and we will publish a schedule of updated clinic dates, here at Alpha-Dog Pet Center.

TRAINING

To comply with Social Distancing and the non-essential nature of dog training services, all in-person Dog Training sessions are CANCELLED, until further notice! I will be contacting current clients individually. I am not currently taking any new clients, until I see how long this "Stay-Home" order lasts, and can begin to re-adjust my schedule accordingly. Current private lesson clients, we will be in-touch regarding the possibility of "Tele-Training" via Skype, Video Call, or Telephone, as a way to keep your dogs progressing during this time!
***We deeply apologize for these inconveniences caused by this COVID-19 Pandemic, which are out of our control. That said, Alpha-Dog Pet Center is committed to being here for our clients, customers, and friends during the coming weeks! We are committed to the safety and well-being of our team and all of our customers, and have not taken these measures lightly. We are hopeful that with everyone doing their part to "stay-home", we will have all of this behind us, and be back to "business as usual", very soon!
